Squirrelinabox Network (http://www.squirrelinabox.com)
Major announcements for the network will be posted here, including new sites, featured posts, and development updates. An Eventful Week Next Week
Even though this week was pretty hectic with me launching this site, next week will be even crazier as I plan on launching two brand new sites. One site is a blog and the other is a web tool. I’m not quite ready to give out any details on either, but plan on them both being launched next week.
I do have a full time job, so don’t start expecting me to launch sites every week. It just happens that three of my projects all kind of completed at around the same time. After next week’s launches, I plan on going back to working on some of “phase 2″ of the Wii Play site, as it has been neglected in favor of these new sites. This means it may be awhile until a new site is launched (though I you never know).
RSS Feeds Added
I’ve added buttons on the right sidebar for subscribing to this site’s RSS feed. There’s about 10 different sites you can quickly add the feed to and if there’s any that I’m missing that you’d like to have added, just leave a comment on this post and I’ll see what I can do.
Ready. Set. Go!
So I’ve gotten most of this site up and ready to go. Most bugs have been ironed out and the design is nearly finished. The main part of the design that isn’t quite done yet is the header. I’ll be working on a logo to brand this site (and the whole network) with and it will most likely be worked into the header here. For now you’ll just have to live with the plain text.
If you’re curious as to what the heck this site is, head over to the about page. Eventually you’ll be able to use the contact form to send in your thoughts, complaints, and suggestions, but right now it isn’t working so you’ll have to use the comments sections on each post for now.
Expect to see a decent flurry of posts for this first week or two as I chug away adding content. I hope to have a some posts about my existing sites as well as information regarding future projects by the end of this week so make sure you check back once in awhile to see what’s new.
